Customer Segmentation Analysis

Customer Segmentation Analysis enables retailers to create a new segmentation scheme or refine an existing one to better target their customers. Using standard transaction log data or loyalty card data, this analysis defines segments based on geodemographic or behavioral characteristics, distributes revenue across these segments, and characterizes the behavior of these segments. This analysis identifies a retailer’s best and least valuable customers, how different segment groups shop at the retailer’s stores, and the trend over time.
