DemandTec Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
SAN CARLOS, Calif. – May 24, 2007 – DemandTec, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares are to be sold by the company.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. In addition, William Blair & Company, L.L.C., JMP Securities LLC, Montgomery & Co., LLC and Pacific Crest Securities Inc. will act as co-managers of the offering. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
