RadioShack Renews License for DemandTec Consumer–Centric Merchandising and Marketing Software

Success of initial deployment drives plans for full rollout of Complete Lifecycle Pricing

SAN CARLOS, Calif. – June 19, 2006 – DemandTec, Inc., the leading provider of Consumer–Centric Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing software for retailers and consumer products firms, today announced that based on the success of its initial implementation, RadioShack Corporation (NYSE:RSH) is renewing its license for all DemandTec applications. RadioShack is one of North America's most trusted consumer electronics specialty retailers.

This latest contract is RadioShack's second multi–year renewal of its licensing agreement with DemandTec. RadioShack plans to continue utilization of DemandTec Price™ as well as begin implementation of DemandTec Markdown™ and DemandTec Promotion™ in order to extend on the benefits RadioShack is reaping from DemandTec Price™.
